Technology

This month the Technology section has had a makeover, with some new sections which will be recurrent and appear in every edition. First we have News in Brief by Stobbo, consisting of a roundup of all the technology news in an easy and quick format. Our final section is the new Web Watch by Stobbo with help from Neo Avatars. It contains a few websites which might be helpful, useful or interesting - with a brief description on them.

The section doesn't have as much content as it could have this edition, however we do have plans to include some articles, covering technology news with a more in depth feel and also we hope to explore other elements of technology. If you would like to help out in the technology section, you can apply in the Newspaper forums.

Viacom, who are fighting a billion dollar legal battle against Google (YouTube's owner), have stated that it is too early to say whether this new filtering technique would affect the legal action they are taking.
